Focus on translating regional priorities into product strategies, guiding medical communications and advisory boards, managing external stakeholders, and ensuring compliant clinical and medical activities.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; based in Malaysia with travel within Malaysia and between Malaysia and Singapore

What you will do
- Lead the adaptation and execution of medical strategies for Bone Health and Rare Disease products across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Support strategic planning, launch activities, lifecycle management, and cross-functional governance.
- Generate and communicate medical evidence through clinical studies, publications, medical education, congresses, and advisory boards.
- Build scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, payers, societies, investigators, and other external stakeholders.
- Partner with Regulatory, Safety, Clinical Operations, Commercial, Value & Access, and Medical Affairs teams on risk management, access, and product strategy.
- Ensure medical activities, clinical trials, communications, budgets, grants, and sponsorships comply with applicable laws, regulations, and SOPs.
Requirements
- Based in Malaysia and able to travel within Malaysia and between Malaysia and Singapore.
- Doctorate degree with at least 3 years of directly related experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of directly related experience.
- Experience working as a medical expert in a complex matrix environment and understanding pharmaceutical product development, lifecycle management, and commercialization.
- Knowledge of clinical research, clinical trial design, biostatistics, Good Clinical Practices, and relevant regional and international regulations.
- Strong scientific judgment and ability to present and document complex medical and clinical concepts.
- Experience engaging with external medical communities and maintaining relevant clinical or medical networks.
