Company
operates a large electronics component manufacturing facility in Johor with an Occupational Health team supporting employee health, workplace wellness, compliance, and emergency preparedness.
What you will do
- Support health promotion and wellness programs, including awareness campaigns, health talks, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and basic analysis for health programs, training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.
- Prepare communication materials, presentations, forms, checklists, and process guides for Occupational Health programs.
- Support clinic administration through inventory monitoring, document filing, appointment coordination, and audit-readiness preparation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing studies in Occupational Safety and Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Environmental Health, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic computer literacy and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across functions.
- Willingness to learn and support both administrative and program-based activities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a healthcare and workplace environment.
