Project Manager (Cards & Payments)

What you will do

• Manage group or sub-group projects, including activities, milestones, delivery teams, and implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action to keep delivery within approved budgets and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, including RFPs, vendor selection, effectiveness, timeliness, and quality.
• Maintain project documentation and records in line with internal standards and audit requirements.
• Lead project meetings, provide stakeholder updates, and manage risks and issues affecting delivery.
• Prepare project budgets and track financial performance against approved requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in financial services.
• Independent management of finance-related projects, especially cards projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum/Agile certification.
• Knowledge of cards and payments, banking products and services, and banking operations.
• Experience with vendor management, business relationship management, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of finance quality control and operational risk awareness.
