Business Intelligence Lead, Performance Marketing

Location: Remote from Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; San Diego, CA; or Seattle, WA

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure from raw data ingestion through final dashboards across credit cards, money-management, banking, and marketplace verticals.
• Audit existing reporting, identify discrepancies and redundancies, and standardize dashboards and trusted data sources.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to analyze trends, experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
• Develop complex LookML models or equivalent Power BI/Tableau models with awareness of downstream impacts.
• Deliver retrospective analyses and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Educate stakeholders and enable confident self-service analytics.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with unstructured, complex, and third-party data.
• Experience owning reporting end to end, from data pipelines to dashboards.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical rigor, business acumen, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
