Manager (AI Technology Consulting)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid model with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies

Base salary: €84,000–€90,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and execute strategic IT transformation and implementation projects for major clients.
• Manage internal and external project teams throughout strategic IT implementation programs.
• Apply industry, IT, and agile project management expertise, including SAFe methods.
• Coordinate IT architecture design, assessment, and optimization initiatives.
• Lead discussions with senior client management and provide direction based on market developments and technology trends.
• Plan IT initiatives, build business cases, and support the development of effective IT organizations and processes.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline, with higher-than-average grades.
• At least nine years of relevant experience in IT consulting and strategic or operational transformation and implementation projects.
• Experience leading project teams, including on the client side.
• Strong resource planning and employee leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the full development lifecycle of successful IT organizations and IT processes.
• Professional ability to understand and communicate complex topics in Italian and English.
