What you will do

• Design high-fidelity website interfaces in Figma for desktop and responsive views.
• Apply brand guidelines, design-system rules, accessibility standards, typography, layouts, colour, imagery, and responsive behaviour.
• Use Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates.
• Collaborate with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers to implement feedback and clarify requirements.
• Support and oversee a small group of junior designers, review outputs, and track deliverables.
• Identify blockers, missing assets, and inconsistencies while driving continuous design improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-scale website projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, design systems, and shared libraries.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and UI best practices.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating website UI design, reusable components, responsive layouts, and visual detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web layout behaviour.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small design team.
• Experience with Adobe XD and Sketch.
