Location: Bvlgari Osaka Café Hankyu Umeda Main Store 5F, Osaka, Japan

Salary: JPY 350,000–600,000 per month

What you will do

• Support and oversee daily café operations.
• Drive revenue, profitability, sales performance, and cost control.
• Lead, coach, develop, schedule, and evaluate team members.
• Manage VIP guest interactions and service recovery situations.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years managing a food and beverage operation.
• Experience in sales, cost, and operational management.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Native-level or fluent Japanese and valid authorization to work in Japan are required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, or brands.
• Previous Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager experience.
• Professional English communication skills.
• P&L management, team mentoring, pre-opening, or operational improvement experience.
• Sommelier, Barista, or other relevant food and beverage certification.
