Senior Research Associate (Biopharma)

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform GMP testing for product release and stability programs.
• Execute analytical method transfers, qualifications, and validations according to controlled documents.
• Conduct and troubleshoot experiments using chromatographic, electrophoretic, immunoassay, and related analytical techniques.
• Review and analyze data generated by yourself and other analysts.
• Prepare high-quality documentation, client reports, and regulatory-supporting materials.
• Maintain current knowledge of cGMP requirements, scientific literature, and analytical instrumentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field with 4+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with chromatographic, electrophoretic, and immunoassay analytical techniques.
• Understanding of biotherapeutic regulatory requirements and expectations, including cGMP, GLP, and GCP documentation practices.
• Strong technical writing, oral presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately record experimental information, measurements, and observations and to perform elementary data analysis.
