Content Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus company equity.

What you will do

• Create content across visual, video, written, audio, and other formats.
• Use generative tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, and generative audio and video platforms to produce distinctive creative work.
• Develop content arcs for product launches, events, customer wins, websites, social media, and in-room experiences.
• Build AI-powered systems that automate repetitive content creation tasks.
• Engineer content for awareness, conversion, and sales enablement.
• Analyze Gong calls, customer signals, and platform data to identify insights and turn them into cited content.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional content creation experience in-house, at an agency, startup, media company, or as a creator.
• A portfolio demonstrating original work, including at least one bold or unconventional piece.
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, and ElevenLabs.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt across customer stories, press releases, and memes.
• Bias toward shipping quickly and working in a scrappy, iterative way.
