UGC Production Specialist (UGC)

Location: Remote (US); synchronous collaboration is primarily from 9 AM–2 PM PT.

Salary: $95K–$115K per year.

What you will do

• Manage UGC partnerships from creator identification and outreach through relationship management.
• Provide feedback to ensure content quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Negotiate creator rates, usage rights, and licensing agreements.
• Edit UGC using creative tools to improve quality, branding, and ad performance.
• Organize and archive content in CMS platforms.
• Work with paid social to optimize hooks, CTAs, platform-specific creative, and campaign results for Meta and TikTok.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles.
• Deep understanding of UGC trends and creator communities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple collaborations and deadlines.
• Experience with performance tracking tools and content success metrics.
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Figma, plus CMS platforms including Aspire and Air.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a hands-on, resourceful approach.
