C# Software Engineer (Computational Design)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable C# libraries for computational design applications.
• Collaborate with developers and geometry experts to translate complex technical requirements into software solutions.
• Analyze geometrical problems and apply suitable algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Write efficient, scalable code with attention to performance, resource usage, data access, and system design.
• Participate in sprint planning, workshops, demos, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework or .NET Core.
• Experience architecting and developing reusable libraries for computational design applications.
• Ability to understand complex geometrical problems and translate them into computer science concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Git or a similar version control system.
• Adaptability and willingness to develop skills in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of computational geometry concepts and techniques.
• Experience optimizing code for performance-critical applications.
• Experience with unit testing and other software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
