Technical Account Manager – Senior

hirify.global develops and operates the hirify.global Casino Platform, infrastructure for launching, managing, and scaling online casino businesses.

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Act as the main technical contact and client representative for the Casino Platform.
• Handle technical requests through the helpdesk, perform initial troubleshooting and debugging, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Prioritize and manage client requests, consult clients on product usage, and align platform capabilities with their needs.
• Translate client ideas and problems into actionable product improvements.
• Proactively monitor client systems and technical and business metrics.

Requirements

• English at B2 level or higher and Russian at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, analytical-thinking, and problem-solving skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with business analysis and product management processes.
• Previous experience in large-scale software development environments, including customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Datadog, ELK/Kibana, JIRA, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, dataset analysis, and data-driven systems.
• Good command of HTML and CSS.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Knowledge of APIs, multi-tenant architecture, proxying, and related network concepts.
• Basic knowledge of React, server-side rendering, SEO principles, and responsive design.
• Willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and methodologies.
