E-Commerce Internship - Online Product Content

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid working. For 40-hour internships, work from home is allowed up to 2 days per week, depending on the role.

Internship allowance: €450 gross per month, with 8+ holiday days based on 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Prepare and optimize product pages, including descriptions, images, tags, and sizing information.
• Ensure new collections and products go live on time with accurate content, visuals, and category placement.
• Check product content for completeness and accuracy and update sets, themed pages, and seasonal collections.
• Optimize product listings, category pages, and “complete the look” recommendations.
• Analyze customer feedback, returns, and product reviews to improve content and the online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Content, Customer Journey, Buying, Photography, Sustainability, and Technical teams while monitoring competitor and market trends.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Ecommerce, Fashion, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Interest in ecommerce, online merchandising, fashion, product presentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams in a fast-paced international environment.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week, preferably 40 hours, for a 5-month internship starting in February 2027.
• Must remain enrolled at a school or university for the full internship. Eligibility under Dutch law requires EU citizenship, a Family/Partner visa, or non-EU student status in the Netherlands with a mandatory curriculum internship or Nuffic Agreement.
