TL;DR
Player Support Agents (MMORPG): Investigating player-reported issues, answering questions, and processing bug reports for RAID: Shadow Legends with an accent on player communication, game mechanics, and technical reporting. Focus on reproducing issues, coordinating with development, testing, and game design teams, and managing support requests across rotating shifts.
Location: Lviv office or remote in Ukraine. Training runs for 8 weeks, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time. After training, shifts run from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

What you will do
- Investigate player-reported game issues and answer user questions.
- Process bug reports and prepare technical reports.
- Communicate with development, testing, and game design teams.
- Support players of RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG with battle collection mechanics and dark fantasy graphics.
Requirements
- Advanced English and fluent Ukrainian are required.
- Interest in games and a strong understanding of game mechanics.
- Effective communication, customer communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in player support or another service department.
- Availability for the specified training schedule and subsequent shift work.
Nice to have
- MMORPG gaming experience.
- Knowledge of software testing and strong bug-reporting skills.
