Project Manager (Licenses)

What you will do

• Lead new and existing incorporation projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, government agencies, vendors, and internal legal, finance, and compliance teams.
• Monitor risks and issues and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support project team members and promote effective collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in incorporation or legal services.
• Understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with strategic planning, resource management, risk assessment, and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and experience using Jira for task tracking.
• Fluent Russian and English at B1–B2 level required.
