What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under AASB and IFRS standards.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, oversee reconciliations, and provide financial analysis and insights.
• Support external audits, compliance requirements, accounting policies, and R&D tax incentive preparation.
• Embed AI into daily finance workflows and contribute to the testing and implementation of a new ERP system.
• Support finance transformation projects and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Guide and support junior finance team members when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CA or CPA qualification, or active progress toward qualification.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth or start-up environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of AASB and IFRS standards.
• Experience managing month-end close processes and preparing financial statements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
