M365 Integration Engineer

Brown & Brown provides insurance and risk management services and is expanding its enterprise technology integration capabilities.

What you will do

• Design and execute Microsoft 365 integration strategies for newly acquired organizations.
• Assess Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, including mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, users, groups, and devices.
• Support identity consolidation, federation, directory synchronization, MFA, conditional access, governance, and role assignments.
• Develop migration runbooks, automation, and repeatable deployment patterns using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft platform tools.
• Contribute to technical due diligence, Day 1 readiness, cutover planning, post-integration stabilization, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Experience with enterprise migration and integration projects.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, tenant consolidations, or large-scale migrations is preferred.
• PowerShell automation and scripting experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in messaging, collaboration, identity and access, Azure administration, or related Microsoft 365 technologies.
