Hardware Design Intern (PCB)

What you will do

• Design high-speed hardware through schematic capture, component selection, PCB layout, simulation, and validation.
• Perform Signal Integrity and Power Integrity analysis to optimize performance.
• Run circuit, PCB, electromagnetic, and SPICE simulations using engineering tools.
• Collaborate with architecture, validation, and cross-functional engineering teams on system integration.
• Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging, characterization, and validation using VNAs and protocol analyzers.
• Document design decisions, simulation results, test results, and technical issues, and participate in design reviews and project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Academic or professional project experience involving schematic capture and circuit design.
• Knowledge or coursework in board or package routing, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and programmable device design.
• Hands-on laboratory experience debugging issues and determining whether they originate in the circuit, chip, or board.
• Ability to communicate clearly, provide updates, ask questions, and collaborate toward shared goals.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore.
