Growth Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote

What you will do

• Analyze customer data, behavioural patterns, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the design, execution, and analysis of growth experiments.
• Analyze customer lifecycle stages including activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Track squad growth metrics and connect experiments to client and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and marketing partners to communicate findings and support decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, analytics, digital marketing, or a closely related field.
• Experience with data-driven work in cross-functional environments; financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is relevant.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• High proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, advanced formulas, large datasets, dynamic reporting, and forecasting templates.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
