What you will do
- Lead multiple customer experience projects from discovery and planning through coordination and launch.
- Translate business opportunities and customer insights into requirements, timelines, deliverables, and project plans.
- Coordinate work across Product, Design, Research, Analytics, Content, Legal, and Development teams.
- Support acquisition, onboarding, activation, cancellation prevention, retention, and win-back initiatives.
- Coordinate developer handoffs, dependencies, reviews, approvals, sprint activities, QA, and launch readiness.
- Update website layouts, templates, and content through CMS platforms; support A/B tests and ongoing experimentation.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in digital media, marketing, web development, business, project management, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in digital project coordination, conversion optimization, product operations, web production, or website management.
- Strong project management, prioritization, communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience using analytics or business intelligence platforms such as Google Analytics or Power BI.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, web experimentation, QA testing, sprint workflows, and developer handoffs.
- Ability to use AI tools for productivity, research, planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMS platforms and minor HTML or CSS adjustments.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience using Figma or similar prototyping tools.
- Experience in a rapid experimentation or continuous optimization environment.
