Bakery Quality Associate Manager (Food Quality)

Location: USA - PA - Denver; onsite

Salary: $90,400–$124,300 annual base salary

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive quality programs for bakery, cookies, and crackers operations.
• Lead site compliance and audit readiness across business units.
• Drive process and food quality improvement initiatives with plant staff, quality teams, and R&D.
• Manage consumer complaint programs and initiatives focused on consumer quality.
• Establish team goals, development plans, coaching, and technical capability for quality personnel.
• Partner with plant, corporate QA, manufacturing, safety, and cross-functional teams to align quality objectives and resolve issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of food industry quality plant or systems experience.
• Expertise in food safety, regulatory requirements, quality systems, sanitation, and GMP practices.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality audit practices, quality standards, statistical process control, and process capability studies.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and ability to coach and develop employees.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 4–8 years of food industry quality experience with demonstrated quality leadership.
• PCQI, HACCP, or SQF certification.
