Quality Control Coordinator (GMP)

Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; onsite work in office, laboratory, and GMP manufacturing environments

Salary: $46,000–$76,000 national target base pay annually. California and New York metro target range: $52,000–$85,000.

What you will do

• Coordinate shipments of samples to external laboratories and other hirify.global quality control laboratories.
• Track testing, receive reports, enter results in LIMS, and follow up with laboratories on outstanding work.
• Review external laboratory testing against product specifications and enter COA results.
• Manage inventory, quotes, and purchasing for laboratory supplies, solvents, acids, reagents, and equipment.
• Generate certificates of analysis for customer service in compliance with GDP and GMP requirements.
• Schedule and track routine laboratory instrument qualifications and maintenance, and manage purchase orders and expense reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, or at least two years of college education or equivalent experience in a related manufacturing field.
• At least two years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Computer proficiency and basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work safely according to standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.
• Must be able to work onsite in New Albany, Ohio, move through office and manufacturing areas, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
