Frontend-Leaning Software Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Develop frontend features for the client’s core real estate platforms while meeting high visual and brand standards.
• Own CSS, layouts, and responsive design to deliver fluid, performant, and visually polished applications.
• Integrate APIs and backend data models into intuitive frontend experiences.
• Build and maintain a scalable, reusable UI library for rapid feature development across Next.js and SvelteKit.
• Advocate for frontend excellence and collaborate closely with a backend-focused engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Mastery of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience building complex, responsive web applications from scratch.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for frontend excellence.
• Ability to work across the stack when needed, including Node.js, APIs, and PostgreSQL.
