What you will do
- Translate business objectives into compell concepts and participant experiences for client, corporate, internal, hybrid and online events.
- Own the complete event lifecycle, includ brief, plann, execution, evaluation and follow-up.
- Manage timelines, budgets, production schedules, project plans and event logistics.
- Coordinate stakeholders, agencies, production partners, suppliers and external partners.
- Lead events on site and handle unexpected situations while ensur a seamless participant experience.
- Define success measures, analyse feedback and performance data, and turn insights into improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of event management experience with proven end-to-end event delivery.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience work with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- Experience manag budgets and deliver projects within agreed parameters.
- Professional proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
- Organised, proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
