What you will do

• Own experimentation and measurement strategy for the assigned domain, from framing questions through reviewing decisions.
• Guide product and engineering partners in running rigorous experiments.
• Develop guidance, tooling, and protocols to improve experimentation velocity without sacrificing rigor.
• Lead experiment design when standard A/B testing is insufficient.
• Design approaches for low-traffic surfaces, competing users for supply, and long-horizon outcomes.
• Plan evaluations for changes that cannot be cleanly randomized.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data science, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Experience developing experimentation and measurement strategies.
• Strong understanding of rigorous experimental design and decision evaluation.
• Ability to work with product and engineering teams on experimentation tooling and protocols.
• Experience handling low-traffic environments, supply competition, long-horizon outcomes, and non-randomizable changes.
