What you will do

• Champion experimentation across the business and tailor approaches to different teams.
• Embed experimentation best practices and improve testing maturity.
• Provide experimentation input for re-platform and new website launch plans.
• Advise on test priorities and create strategies to measure long-term benefits.
• Manage third-party testing partners and coordinate tests across teams.
• Work with analytics, UXR, and insight teams to build an ongoing understanding of customer priorities.

Requirements

• Experience with digital experimentation and test-and-learn practices.
• Ability to develop testing strategies and assess long-term outcomes.
• Experience coordinating experimentation across multiple teams.
• Ability to collaborate with analytics, UXR, and customer insight functions.
