TL;DR
Product Experimentation Specialist (A/B Testing and AI): Designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests for the Gaming & Rewards vertical with an accent on statistical rigor, experimentation frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on translating complex experiment data into product recommendations, prioritizing high-impact tests, and building consistent testing practices across product, design, analytics, and engineering.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid way of working.

What you will do
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B, multivariate, and other experiments for new features, optimizations, and UX improvements.
- Shape the experimentation roadmap and prioritize tests based on business impact and user needs.
- Build and evolve experimentation frameworks, standards, and best practices across teams.
- Partner with product managers, designers, product analysts, and engineers to define hypotheses, experiment designs, and accurate tracking.
- Translate experiment results into actionable recommendations, concise reports, and narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote a test-and-learn culture by turning successful and unsuccessful experiments into organizational learning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics or product management, focused on experimentation or A/B testing.
- Strong expertise in experiment design, execution, analysis, and statistical rigor.
- Experience turning experimentation results into product strategy and balancing data with business judgment.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or a similar tool for reporting and experiment monitoring.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Kameleoon or Optimizely and product analytics tools such as FullStory or Looker.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
