Intern (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Support deal origination, company research, market screening, and pipeline building for the France region.
• Prepare and support the drafting of investment memoranda.
• Conduct primary research and financial analyses during due diligence.
• Contribute to commercial and financial due diligence activities.
• Support portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong academic record from a leading educational institution, with a Master's degree or, for UK graduates, a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent.
• At least six months of previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or transaction services.
• Fluency in French and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with excellent analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and technology companies.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
