Sr DC Department Lead

Location: R3 Dry DC, Jacksonville, Florida, United States; onsite distribution-center role

Salary: Starting from $24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Set daily production plans and operational tasks with the Department Manager or Supervisor.
• Direct work assignments, monitor performance, and adjust staffing across shifts and departments.
• Train, coach, and develop new hires, transfers, temporary associates, and existing team members.
• Use WMS applications to audit inventory, research and resolve variances, and answer operational questions.
• Participate in facility audits, safety programs, business meetings, and leadership development activities.
• Operate forklifts and other powered equipment while promoting a safety-first culture.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other powered equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with team members and leaders.
• Flexibility to work early, late, off-shift, or other department schedules when business needs require.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work in changing temperatures, noise, dust, and other distribution-center conditions.
