What you will do

• Support study teams on one or more interventional clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Develop a technical understanding of clinical trial deliverables and the full clinical study lifecycle.
• Support global study management, clinical study team activities, and site activation project management.
• Contribute to clinical operations planning, site operations, resource management, and country- or regional-level study execution.
• Support process improvement projects by identifying lessons learned and applying best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, data sciences, project management, contracts, and legal functions.

Requirements

• Must be completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK university through a Year in Industry, Industrial Placement, or Gap Year.
• On target for the required degree classification.
• Self-motivated, detail-focused, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good joint problem-solving abilities.
• High IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and technologies, with curiosity and willingness to develop further skills.
