Senior Backend Developer (Java + Spring Boot)

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs for a B2B e-commerce platform operating in 40 countries.
• Implement data access with Spring Data and JPA across relational and non-relational databases.
• Use Kafka and RabbitMQ for inter-service communication.
• Write unit and integration tests with JUnit and Mockito while applying security, performance, and clean-code practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes deployments, and system monitoring with tools such as New Relic.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of testing concepts and frameworks, including unit, integration, automation, regression, smoke, stress, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices and tools including Docker and Kubernetes, plus knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code.
• Advanced English and strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
