What you will do

• Develop pharmaceutical formulations, sterile products, and related processes.
• Perform hands-on laboratory work in formulation, sterile product development, and process development.
• Execute benchtop unit operations including mixing, pumping, filtration, and lyophilization.
• Apply biophysical and biochemical analytical methods such as DLS, DSC, DSF, SDS-PAGE, and UV/Vis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientific professionals and manage multiple project priorities.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience equivalent to 5+ years with a bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a master's degree, or 0–1 year with a Ph.D.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in pharmaceutical formulation, sterile product development, process development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, attention to timelines, and independent execution.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional scientific professionals.

Nice to have

• Experience with biologics, sterile formulation, pharmaceutical industry formulation, or process development.
• Understanding of formulation and aseptic processes in non-GMP/GLP environments.
• Familiarity with JMP statistical software.
