Service Consultant (IT Management and Cybersecurity): Delivering consulting projects and implementing Kaseya's IT Complete solutions for SMB partners in Medellin with an accent on technical leadership, process integration, and customer-focused solution design. Focus on managing multiple implementations, defining installation specifications, improving software adoption, and resolving complex infrastructure issues across Windows, networking, virtualization, and security environments.

Location: Based in the Medellin, Colombia office

What you will do

  • Deliver consulting and process integration services for SMB partners using hirify.global's IT Complete Suite.
  • Act as the primary technical contact throughout implementation projects.
  • Manage multiple partner implementations and provide both high-level and detailed consulting.
  • Assess partner needs, explain product functionality, and recommend device and system setup best practices.
  • Define installation specifications, respond to partner inquiries, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Monitor software adoption and collaborate with Technical Support, Partner Success, Sales, and Project Management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing technology implementations using software tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA, and RMM software and markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and patch management.
  • Experience with routing, switching, firewall, and edge technologies.
  • Working knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware and hypervisors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, attention-to-detail, adaptability, and teamwork skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical customers.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of managed service provider experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
