Summer Associate, BCG 2027 (Consulting/Business Strategy): Supporting consulting projects for business, government, and society while developing structured approaches to complex business problems with an accent on analysis, communication, and collaborative problem-solving. Focus on working with diverse consulting teams, contributing to client-site projects, and building practical strategy and consulting skills.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; availability for a full summer internship in the Bogotá office is required. Consulting work may also take place at client sites.

What you will do

  • Support consulting projects addressing complex challenges in business, government, and society.
  • Work alongside Associates, Consultants, and senior leadership on real client projects.
  • Analyze and structure complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Develop consulting, business strategy, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on project work.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with 1–2 years remaining before graduation.
  • Strong academic record in any field of study.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in diverse, fast-paced teams.
  • Designed for Colombian citizens available to complete a full summer internship in Bogotá.
