Location: UK — Remote
Salary: £52,000–£65,000 annual base salary; additional bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do
- Lead regional audits and compliance activities for Dutch and DACH entities.
- Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements under multiple reporting frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with international reporting standards and implement global accounting policies regionally.
- Lead technical accounting research and resolve complex accounting issues with stakeholders.
- Develop accounting team members and maintain reporting procedures and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA is preferred.
- Accounting experience with Dutch and DACH entities.
- ACCA or an equivalent professional certification is required.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- International accounting and multi-entity experience.
