What you will do

• Manage timely collection of accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records for an assigned portfolio.
• Resolve collection disputes and payment concerns with internal and external customers.
• Evaluate disputed and potentially uncollectible items to identify at-risk accounts before they become seriously overdue.
• Partner with colleagues across portfolios to support cash collection and accounts receivable targets.
• Contribute to collection process improvements and related cash collection initiatives.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited Credit and Collections program or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of collections experience, preferably in global B2B environments.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve payment issues, and collaborate effectively.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
