Sr. Application Engineer (High Power) (Power Semiconductors): Validating power IC applications and system-level designs for high-power AC/DC PSU and DC/DC Brick platforms with an accent on high-power architectures, strategic partner collaboration, and customer application support. Focus on designing and validating power systems, supporting new product introduction discussions, and applying wide-bandgap SiC or GaN technologies.

What you will do

Validate power IC applications and systems on high-power AC/DC PSU and DC/DC Brick platforms.
Collaborate with strategic partners to build high-power platforms.
Provide application support to strategic customers together with local FAE teams.
Participate in new product introduction discussions with TME and internal teams.

Requirements

At least 4 years of hands-on experience designing AC/DC PSUs or DC/DC Bricks.
MSEE or a higher degree.
Experience with power IC applications and system-level validation.

Nice to have

Application experience with wide-bandgap semiconductors such as SiC or GaN.
