What you will do
- Support talent outreach, sourcing activities, recruitment planning, and selection processes.
- Contribute to outreach strategies that attract young talent and strengthen workforce diversity.
- Support the administration and operation of the Young Professional Programme, Junior Professional Officers Programme, and Global Internship, Volunteers and Fellows Programme.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, participant retention, programme evaluation, and learning and development initiatives.
- Support partnerships with academic institutions, research bodies, private-sector organizations, and NGOs.
- Prepare communications, briefing notes, analytical reports, surveys, and data-driven insights while coordinating operational follow-up with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, industrial psychology, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, talent management, outreach, or sourcing.
- Working knowledge of English at proficiency level C and intermediate knowledge of another official language: Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish.
- Experience supporting outreach strategies or young talent programmes, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and preparing clear reports.
- Familiarity with automated human resources management systems and platforms.
- Candidates should be 32 years old or younger as of 31 December of the year of application.
Nice to have
- Relevant experience in more than one location or area of work, including field positions.
- HR professional certification.
