What you will do
- Track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinate with interviewers to ensure smooth recruiting rounds and a strong candidate experience.
- Manage the full recruiting process, with a focus on junior candidate cohorts.
- Act as the main contact for candidates and provide clear, timely communication.
- Deliver feedback and follow up with candidates through their start date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
- People-oriented, proactive, and positive approach.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Good proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Specialization in HR topics.
