TL;DR

Customer Care Intern (Legal AI): Supporting legal professionals through chat, email, and calls while learning Lexroom’s product and customer support processes with an accent on clear communication, problem-solving, and customer care. Focus on handling simple customer requests, learning new tools, and contributing ideas to improve support operations.

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with in-person collaboration at the Milan HQ. Candidates must be based in Milan or open to relocating to Milan; relocation support is evaluated case by case.

What you will do

Support the Customer Care team in assisting customers through chat, email, and calls.
Shadow experienced colleagues and learn the product, tools, and support processes.
Gradually handle simple customer requests with guidance from the team.
Ask questions, share learnings, and suggest improvements to customer support.

Requirements

Fluent English for professional reading, writing, and communication.
Proactive, hands-on attitude and an interest in solving problems.
Fast learner, comfortable adopting new tools and processes.
No prior work experience required.
Based in Milan or open to relocating to Milan.
