What you will do
- Guide Italian and international customers through the purchasing process for packaging products.
- Provide product and order support throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure customers understand the available products and remain satisfied.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Collect customer feedback and identify customer needs.
Requirements
- Native-level Italian.
- Advanced knowledge of at least two of French, Spanish, German, and English.
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
