What you will do

• Provide technical customer support for websites, web hosting, WordPress, and related online products.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solution-oriented assistance.
• Support creators, local businesses, and organizations in improving their online presence.
• Explain technical solutions clearly while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
• Work toward sales and service targets, including commission-based goals.

Requirements

• At least second-year college level or graduation from a two-year course.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and solutions-oriented.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules.
• Six months of sales or customer service experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of website development, web hosting, WordPress, content management systems, and basic email troubleshooting.
