Senior iOS Engineer (User Authentication)

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania or Warsaw, Poland, with at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do

• Design, develop, A/B test, and deploy iOS solutions that improve user authentication flows.
• Build and evolve authentication experiences and SDK integrations across Bolt applications.
• Design reliable integrations between iOS applications, APIs, and authentication services.
• Lead features and initiatives from discovery through launch, measuring their impact on users and business metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, Product Managers, backend teams, and mobile teams to deliver incremental improvements.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, technical talks, and mobile engineering practices.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications with strong Swift knowledge and modern iOS development practices.
• Experience designing maintainable mobile architectures and integrating applications with APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of clean, simple, secure, and maintainable code, algorithms, and data structures.
• Ability to use data, test product hypotheses, and monitor initiative results after release.
• Ownership of initiatives from start to finish and empathy for end users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
