AI Applied Software Engineer (iOS)

Location: Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland, combining remote work with the Kraków office

What you will do

• Maintain and extend mobile product capabilities for the hirify.global Digital Banking platform.
• Use AI coding assistants, LLM workflows, and automated tooling across UI, backend services, and APIs.
• Build production-ready Swift UIKit and SwiftUI components using the hirify.global Design System.
• Design APIs with backward compatibility and deliver Framework API/ABI components for developers worldwide.
• Create testable components and maintain iOS accessibility, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate autonomously with UX, QA, and Product Managers in a cross-functional Scrum squad.

Requirements

• Professional experience designing and building iOS applications.
• At least one published iOS application available on the App Store.
• Strong Swift development skills and experience with UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Test-Driven Development and unit testing.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Bitrise or GitHub Actions.
