Client Contact Associate Senior (UK Market)

Location: Poznań, Poland. Work from the Poznań office, remotely, or in a hybrid model; full remote work is available if living 50 km or more from Poznań. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM–06:30 PM CET.

Salary: 80,000–90,000 PLN gross annually.

What you will do

• Handle inbound client inquiries for Investor Services across the EMEA region, with a focus on the UK market.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced contact center.
• Use an automatic call distribution system and multiple transfer-agent platforms.
• Navigate Microsoft Office applications while multitasking and troubleshooting client requests.
• Meet inbound-call handling and performance goals independently and as part of a team.
• Complete regular training and stay current with financial regulations.

Requirements

• High proficiency in spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Ability to handle inbound telephone calls productively and meet performance goals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High-speed internet with Ethernet access for remote work.
• Customer service experience, a college degree, or current degree studies are desired.

Nice to have

• Experience in the investment industry or financial services.
