Planner, Production Management (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead new product planning and process control, including drawing reviews, tooling requirements, and quality control planning.
• Coordinate pre-assembly, testing, packaging, shipment planning, and logistics execution.
• Work with design, procurement, process, testing, quality, manufacturing, and logistics stakeholders to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and drive schedule and capacity optimization.
• Manage order reviews, delivery commitments, production planning performance, and inventory control.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• 3–5 years of planning experience in a machinery manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings.
• Computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.
• English reading and writing skills required.
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
