Location: Hybrid work in Belgrade, Serbia, with an office in New Belgrade

What you will do
- Ensure compliance with Serbian corporate, labor, contract, and applicable international law.
- Advise on employment and labor relations, including contract terms, collective bargaining, internal rulebooks, and terminations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes in Serbia and assess their impact on operations.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and coordinate legal service delivery.
- Support IP/IT compliance covering trademarks, software licensing, and data privacy.
- Review procurement and tender documentation for legal and internal policy compliance.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of commercial or corporate legal experience, ideally in an international firm or multinational company.
- Deep knowledge of Serbian corporate, commercial, contract, and labor law.
- Familiarity with IP/IT matters, including trademarks, software licensing, and GDPR compliance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international corporate environment.
- Strong analytical, risk-assessment, and organizational skills.
