What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the information security program with a focus on AI security architecture.
• Develop and implement AI-specific security policies and secure design patterns for AI agents and models.
• Advise internal teams and external partners on AI security initiatives and strategic risk decisions.
• Conduct security reviews, assessments, and risk mitigation for enterprise AI and technology systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy security tools to strengthen internal defenses and operational response.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in security, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TLS, OIDC, FIDO2, cryptography, access controls, and OWASP Top 10.
• Interest in AI security, large language model security architecture, and emerging AI safety topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience making risk-based decisions, managing ambiguity, and enabling secure business innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI security frameworks, model risk management, or AI development security lifecycles.
• Familiarity with cloud security platforms and enterprise AI deployment tools.
• CISSP, CISM, or related professional certifications.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and AI compliance or regulatory standards.
