Salary: $290,000 - $350,000 per year

What you will do

• Modernize and migrate authentication across product surfaces including SAML, OIDC, and passkeys.
• Build and operate AI safety guardrail stacks to protect against prompt injection and ensure content provenance.
• Advance authorization platform direction by driving architectural trade-offs and shipping reusable primitives.
• Own P0 security programs end-to-end, from RFC and rollout planning to execution and risk reduction.
• Develop internal security agents to improve triage, verification, and continuous checks.
• Mentor other engineers and set standards for secure primitives across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to ship security-critical infrastructure in production systems.
• Experience with identity, authentication, and authorization migrations.
• Strong judgment in navigating trade-offs between security, product velocity, and ergonomics.
• Experience building or operating AI/LLM security protections or ability to ramp quickly in the domain.
• High agency and systems mindset with a track record of writing clear RFCs and aligning stakeholders.
