What you will do
- Prepare and submit accurate client invoices, including digital invoices.
- Manage billing workflows, deadlines, outstanding-account status updates, and payment tracking.
- Review and interpret custom billing agreements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve process issues and support system enhancements.
- Work with legal professionals throughout account setup, payment coordination, and reconciliation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of billing experience in a legal or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial platforms such as Elite 3E and eBillingHub.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and billing trends.
- Exceptional accuracy and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Professional communication skills across organizational levels.

- Experience with international billing practices and currency variations.
